Casa Paradis is a traditional Corsican townhouse, with wooden shutters and tiled
floors throughout. It is light, spacious and airy, and furnished in a modern, contemporary style. Ideally situated close to the sea, with a lovely private garden, it's just minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops and all that Calvi has to offer. |

The house is entered through a gate
which leads to the private walled patio garden. A central mulberry tree provides a natural parasol, perfect for dining alfresco in the shade. There is a Weber barbecue and an extending teak table with 8 chairs, and a set of boules. The garden is self-watering and you are welcome to help yourself to the fresh herbs. Steps lead up to the front door and a small terrace with a mosaic table. |

Kitchen - modern and very well-equipped with quality appliances and utensils,
including: Bosch washing machine, Smeg gas range oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. We provide quality sharp knives, fresh salt and pepper grinders, Le Creuset cookware, plenty of glasses, plates, bowls and other crockery, a picnic set, coolbox, icepacks, ice cube trays and a selection of cookery books. There is also a Moroccan mosaic table and chairs, a table fan, and double doors opening onto a small sunny balcony. |

Large living/dining room - with 3 comfortable
sofas, a traditional open fireplace and a large dining table with seating for 8 people. Entertainment provided includes a comprehensive multilingual satellite tv package (including English language and sports channels), dvd player, vhs, cd stereo, a selection of board games for all ages and books including French dictionary, maps and guidebooks to the island. There is a telephone (outgoing calls only) and internet local dial-up connection. A table fan is also provided. |

Family bathroom - modern and newly
refurbished, featuring a full-length bath, separate shower cubicle, two large white porcelain sinks with cupboards and storage space, and a hairdryer. |

Also provided are an iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, plenty cleaning

There is free on-street parking, and a car park a couple of minutes walk away.

All of the four bedrooms are tastefully
furnished and feature comfortable, quality beds, ceiling fans, and clapperboard wardrobes with shelving, wooden coathangers and wicker baskets. They also have mirrors, chairs and teak bedside tables with lights. |

One of the double bedrooms is situated
on the ground floor and has shuttered doors opening onto a small terrace above the garden. |

On the first floor there is a second double bedroom and
two twin bedrooms. |

Two cots and two highchairs are also
available on request. |
