Bookings are taken from Saturday - Saturday, for a minimum one week stay. Outside of
the main season we may be able to be flexible on arrival/departure days so please contact us. |

Prices are per week for the whole house (max 8 people) and include a weekly change of
linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels), and all utilities ie. gas, electricity and water (heating is also included if required). |
|
We can provide two cots and highchairs on request. Please bring your own cot bedclothes.
Babysitting can be arranged. |
|
The house will be available from 2:30 pm and you will be able to leave your luggage if you
arrive earlier. We ask that all departing guests have vacated the house by 9:30 am. We will send the directions to the house and arrangements for key collection once we have your travel details. |
|
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 25% is payable on booking, and the
balance is due to have cleared in our account eight weeks before your arrival. Payment is accepted by bank transfer (please note you are responsible for any bank charges incurred). |
|
A security deposit of €500 (or £300), which we hold against breakages and damage, is also
payable at the time of the balance payment. We expect you to leave the house as you found it: clean, tidy and with everything in it's place. We reserve the right to make a cleaning charge of €60 if the house is left in what we deem to be an unacceptable state. Internet and telephone calls will also be deducted from this deposit. It will be despatched to you securely within 7 working days after your departure. |

You are strongly advised to take out full travel insurance as in the event of cancellation on
your part we are unable to offer any refund . However depending on your policy you may be able to make a claim from your insurer. In addition, we cannot be held responsible for injury or loss of personal possessions during your holiday, or any other external factors. |
