how to make a booking: If you wish to book, please contact us to confirm availability and email your request, along with your preferred method of payment (please see payment options below). We will reply to your email with confirmation and the appropriate payment information, along with a booking contract which reproduces the conditions outlined below, for you to sign and return. We regret we are unable to hold dates and operate on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Payment of the deposit (or the total if the booking is made within 8 weeks of the arrival date) is due at the time of the reservation in order to secure the booking.

what’s included: Prices are for the property per week (max 8 people) and include a weekly change of linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels), local telephone calls, WiFi wireless adsl and all utilities ie. gas, electricity and water (heating is also included if required). If a cot is more suited to your needs than a bed, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange this for you free of charge, and we can also provide a highchair. We would ask that you please bring your own cot linen. If you would like an English-speaking babysitter then please let us know.

payment options: A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking, and the balance is due to have cleared in our account eight weeks before your arrival. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, or by debit and credit card (via PayPal’s secure website). If paying via PayPal, please add 3.9% to the amount sent to cover their processing fees, and if paying via bank transfer please note you are responsible for all bank charges incurred.

security deposit: A security deposit of €300.00, which we hold against breakages and damage, is also payable, either in cash on arrival or by debit or credit card ahead of your arrival. We expect you to leave the house as you found it: clean, tidy and with furniture in its original place. Telephone calls (other than local calls which are free) will also be deducted from this deposit. Providing there is no damage or any other expense, cash deposits will be returned to you prior to your departure, and debit/credit cards will be refunded following your departure.

check-in/check-out times: The house will be available from 3:00 pm (earlier if possible) and we ask that all departing guests have vacated the house by 10:00 am. We will send the appropriate directions to the house once we have your travel details. We will be there to meet you on your arrival, and will then leave you to it! (In the event that we are unable to be there, we will arrange for someone else to meet you). Should you need anything during your stay, we will be happy to help. Otherwise, we will see you on your departure.

cancellation: You are strongly advised to take out full travel insurance as we cannot be held responsible for injury or loss of personal possessions during your holiday, or any other external factors. All rental payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, consequently as we are unable to offer a refund in the event of cancellation we advise you take out a policy which provides this cover.
